BaliEstatePro — who we are, what we do, who we don't pretend to be.
BaliEstatePro is a data-first aggregator of Bali real estate listings for international investors. We unify public listings from trusted local agencies into one interface, enrich them with investor-focused data (yield estimates, leasehold terms, area market context), and connect qualified buyers with licensed local agents.
What we are
- An aggregator and lead-qualification service, not an estate agency
- An editorial team writing honest, sourced guides on Indonesian property law
- A point-of-entry for serious investors who want to learn before talking to an agent
What we are not
- Not a real estate agency. We do not hold listings, we do not handle transactions, and we do not collect fees from buyers.
- Not a referral mill. Every lead we submit is manually reviewed for fit before being handed to a partner agent.
- Not a developer affiliate. Our editorial is independent of any specific developer's marketing message — including those we work with closely, such as our featured project The One by Almal.
How we make money
Two ways, both transparent:
- Introduction fees from partner agencies on closed transactions. We don't charge buyers. The agent pays us out of the standard seller commission.
- Direct commissions from a small number of featured projects where we act as an authorized partner for the developer.
Our editorial independence is preserved by this model — we rank listings by quality, not by who pays us. A partner agency gets no advantage over a non-partner agency in listing ordering.
