Takedown Policy
BaliEstatePro operates as a search aggregator for public Bali real estate listings. We attribute every listing to its source agency, link back to the original page, and do not re-host photos or full descriptions.
If you are a listing owner, developer, or rights holder and you believe a specific piece of content on this site should be removed, we will honor your request within 48 hours of verified notification.
Who can request a takedown
- The agency that originally published a listing
- The developer or legal owner of a property
- A rights holder whose imagery is being displayed on our site
- A tenant or occupant whose privacy is affected by a listing
What to include in your request
Email the contact on our contact page with the following:
- The exact URL(s) on BaliEstatePro you want removed
- A brief description of your relationship to the listing or content
- Basic verification — a company email matching the source agency domain, or a public statement from the owner is usually sufficient
- The reason for the takedown request
Our response timeline
- Within 24 hours: acknowledgement of receipt and a request for any missing verification details
- Within 48 hours: action taken — either content removed, updated, or (rarely) a reasoned explanation of why removal is not possible (e.g., content is public and we are displaying it per fair search-engine practice)
If a mistake was made
If you believe content was removed in error, write back with additional context and we will re-review. Our bias is toward removing on request unless there is a strong editorial reason not to.
Persistent abuse reporting
If you suspect copyright infringement, scraping abuse, or other bad-faith use of this site beyond a single listing, please include details in your message. We take abuse seriously.
