What this site is

BaliEstatePro is a listings aggregator and lead-introduction service for Bali real estate. We unify public listings from local agencies, enrich them with investor data, and connect qualified buyers with licensed local agents.

What this site is not

• Not a licensed real estate agency. We do not hold listings, do not handle transactions, and do not represent sellers or buyers in negotiations.
• Not legal, financial or tax advice. Guides and calculators are for informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed Indonesian notary (PPAT), lawyer, and tax adviser before entering any contract.
• Not a guarantee of returns. Any ROI figures — including those from our calculator or sourced from developers — are projections, not commitments. Real returns depend on market conditions you cannot control.

Accuracy of listings

Listings are sourced from third-party agencies and developers. We make a best effort to keep information current and mark listings as removed when we detect they are no longer available, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always verify details directly with the source agent before acting.

Your use of the site

You agree not to: submit false information, attempt to defeat rate limits or spam protections, scrape our content for competing services, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Listing photos and descriptions are the property of their respective source agencies and are displayed here with attribution. Our own content (guides, calculators, design system) is copyright BaliEstatePro. You may quote guides with attribution.

Liability

BaliEstatePro provides this site on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content, from transactions entered into with third parties we introduce, or from decisions made using our tools. Your property purchase is your responsibility; we are a research and introduction service, not a fiduciary.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia for matters relating to property transactions, and by the jurisdiction of BaliEstatePro's operating entity for everything else.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
